Websites and web apps for businesses in Berlin, directly with the developer

The packages below are orientation, not a shopping cart. You describe your project. I tell you honestly what makes sense, and what would be overkill.

For trades, service businesses, and small companies in Berlin-Lankwitz. You work with me throughout, from intro call to go-live. What matters: the site brings enquiries, works on a phone, and stays maintainable. I use Next.js, React, and TypeScript when they fit the project.

How a quote comes together

You describe the goal, deadline, and what already exists. I reply personally within 1–2 business days with scope, rough timeline, and price, no long PDF up front. If it fits, we set a start date.

What you bring as the client

So the project does not stall on missing inputs, I need from you:

  • Logo, colors, and brand assets if you have them
  • A short brief: what you offer, who it is for, and how you differ from competitors
  • Copy as raw material: bullet points, old site, brochure, notes. Does not need to be final
  • Photos of you, the team, or your work, or a decision to use stock
  • Access to domain, hosting, or an existing server if you have one
  • Legal pages: imprint, privacy, terms, from you or your lawyer
  • Feedback within the agreed windows, typically 3–5 business days per review
  • One contact who can decide and collect feedback

If copy, images, or legal pages arrive late, I work with placeholders and the launch moves accordingly.

Copy and content: how we work

  • I draft headlines, intros, and service blurbs from our talks and your notes.
  • AI helps with first wording, structure, and variants. That is all.
  • I rewrite those drafts for substance and tone, fit them to your audience, and place them in the layout.
  • You check factual accuracy (services, prices, claims) and give final approval.
  • Imprint, privacy, and terms come from you or your lawyer. I do not give legal advice.
  • Full ghostwriting, case studies, or blog articles are a separate add-on, not part of the base package.

What is out of scope

Web packages cover development, technical delivery, and basic SEO. Not included:

  • Ongoing ads (Google, social) or SEO agency retainers
  • A full brand or site redesign without its own briefing
  • Pixel-perfect rebuilds of third-party Figma without a shared scope cut first
  • 24/7 support outside an agreed care package
  • Ghostwriting and full content production (long case studies, blog, landing copy)
  • Legal copy (imprint, privacy, terms, cookie notices)
  • Stock photos, premium fonts, and other licensed assets (you hold the licenses)
  • Heavy illustration, motion design, or 3D
  • Multilingual sites and localization (available as a separate package)
  • Tracking beyond basic analytics
  • Hooks into complex third-party systems (ERP, PIM, legacy APIs) without a separate quote

Anything beyond that we clarify in the briefing and bill as a separate quote or add-on.
